Rental Fees & Policies
All Saturday, Single Day, Customer Pick-Up Rentals are due to be returned between 7:30am-10am on Sunday.
Equipment returned Sundays after 10am (see rental contract for the time equipment is due back on other days of the week) are charged fees according to terms stated in the rental agreement. The debit/credit card on file or given at the time of pick-up (or the cash deposit, if applicable) will be used for any additional fees. Fee policies also apply to any other condition in the contract that is not met by lessee.
(We often have a customer who has reserved the equipment after you. We need the items to be returned on time in order for them to be cleaned, inspected and ready for another person's special event)
Please return all items that were supplied with the equipment. Lost or damaged items are priced as listed:
Tarps: Lightweight poly-tarp is $50.00; vinyl tarp: 15’x15’ is $175.00, 20’x20’ is $200.00, and 15’x24’ is $250.00; Larger than 15’x24’ is $275.00.
Extension cord with reel is $65.00; Extension cord damage is $50.00; Cord reel damage is $15.00.
Stakes are: $2.00 for tarp stakes (6”-8”), $10.00 for 18” stakes, $15.00 for 24”, $20.00 for 36” stakes and up.
Straps are $15.00 a pair or $10.00 each.
Re-roll fee is $25.00 and will cover minor damages that take place during the loading and unloading of equipment for transportation purposes.
The cost of cleaning is NOT included in standard rental fees. The equipment and accessories must be free of dirt, leaves, grass, mud, or any other items that may have accumulated in or around the equipment during the rental period. The unit must be returned clean and dry and in the same condition as it was received. To clean equipment, please sweep out and wipe down all inflatables before returning. Do NOT use anything other then plain water and a soft towel to wipe down equipment. All equipment is inspected and treated with a hospital grade disinfectant/sanitizer after every rental.
If you would prefer, we will provide the necessary service for an additional fee. Equipment cleaning will be charged at the rate of:
*$25.00 per hour with a minimum fee of:
1. $35.00 for equipment that is returned dirty and in need of general cleaning
2. $50.00 for equipment returned wet
Silly String or “Canned Party Spray” is not allowed in or around unit. Silly String bonds and permanently damages the vinyl that is used to make inflatables. Any equipment returned with any Silly String product in, or on inflatable, will be charged for the repair or possible replacement of the unit at a minimum of $500 to repair or $3,000-$7,000 to replace. Please DO NOT use Silly String.
No pets in units please! Their claws will damage the unit. Lessee will be held liable for damage that takes place during rental period. Also, do not store unit in areas shared by pets. Dogs often chew and damage these items, specially extension cords and deflated units. Damages can be costly.
Reservation fees are non-refundable.
If you need us to pick up any rental, the fee will be 50% of the normal delivery cost for that unit. Additional fees will be applied if out of area, if unit is dirty, or to areas not easily accessible to our staff.
Cancellations due to inclement weather will be gladly applied as credit towards future rentals. The credit is good for a whole year! However, if the rental has been picked up or delivered, no credit can be applied.
